We are not the new kid on the block, we were established in 2013 and some of our key achievements since then include:

• Raised £400m investment from large institutions.
• Acquired over 360,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords.
• Deployed our full fibre infrastructure to over 100,000 premises.

Job purpose:

We are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth we need a Project Coordinator to support the functions within Network Delivery. The project coordinators duty is to administer and monitor the successful completion of project deliverables amongst internal and external project stakeholders. The task objectives are to ensure project milestones are completed on time, within budget and to the standards and quality set by the business or our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support/Facilitate the weekly programme meetings:

• • Provide weekly minutes w. actions
  • Ensure reporting is updated prior/during
  • Adopt/Develop set of build measures
  • CPPP/RAM’s
  • Publish reporting in-line with business requirements, adapting to new attributes

• Single POC for updating roll out plans within databases

• • Potential to work with analyst to acquire the capability to do this internally to Access

• Collate/distribute contractor communications

• • Ensure adherence to prospective partnership agreement terms, issuing monthly targets/rollouts

• Collate monthly KPI’s, contractor reporting
• Attend Monthly meetings to capture actions, issues minutes
• Own ‘Build’ email account and filter queries to the correct.

• • BD/CX/etc. queries relating to LA’s/MM/IF/NB
  • Redistribute queries to correct BU’s if unrelated to programmes work

• Govern finance procedures:

• • PO Issuance (w. CDM appointment)
  • Good Receipting
  • Escalation point for internal/external

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

• Excellent organizational skills, communications skills (written and verbal) which will be utilized in achieving desired results and are critical to the position.
• Great at building strong internal and external working relationships.
• Keen and eager to learn new things.
• Passionate about telecommunications and technology.
• A strong fit for our brand and organisational culture.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
