Job purpose:

Community Fibre is looking for a Marketing Manager that will play a crucial role in our go-to-market and engagement strategy with the Landlord market.


Working in close collaboration with our Head of Marketing and our Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building awareness amongst Landlords of our offer to upgrade their properties for free with full fibre. Your success will be measured by the number of Landlords that grant us permission to install our full fibre infrastructure at their properties You will direct marketing activities across various channels (online and offline), driving lead generation and optimising the sales pipeline for conversion, while at the same time establishing Community Fibre as a trusted brand within the property industry. 


In the role you will work closely with the Business Development (sales) teams, marketing and digital teams to develop plans and campaigns that will maximise brand consideration and response to achieve conversion.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage lead generation and inbound activities across offline and online channels (e.g. direct mail, email, Linked IN, paid media etc) through the definition and execution of high-impact campaigns.
  • Track campaign ROI to inform and influence the allocation of marketing spend.
  • Gather and share insights with the other members of the marketing team to position Community Fibre as a great partner for landlords across all our brand channels (mainly press relationships and organic social media).
  • Define and maintain landlord marketing collateral (both written and video) in line with company brand guidelines that help landlords to understand our proposition and to build their confidence in the quality of works undertaken by Community Fibre.
  • Write creative briefs and manage suppliers for the design, artwork and production of the required collateral.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange Landlord events and Community Fibre’s presence and landlord exhibitions.
  • Collate and create case study material from our work with existing landlords which can be used to provide confidence in prospective landlords.
  • Work with the Business Development team to develop and maintain the landlord pitch deck and on proposals to meet the requirements of specific landlords.


The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Proven marketing experience for minimum 5 years, ideally in the IT or Property industry.
  • Experience of managing lead-generation campaigns across various channels, offline and online.
  • Creative, strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient user of office software packages with an ability to query and make sense of data
  • Ability to manage agencies and deliver collateral and campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Disciplined, deadline focused, with a commercial and user-centric mindset.
  • Good understanding of test and learn strategies.
  • Confident, personable and a team player, capable of inspiring strong collaboration in our organisation.
