  • Acquired over 360,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords.

Job purpose:

 

We are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth we need a Project Manager to lead and manage the co-ordination of potential and signed wayleaves through to build completion. You will be working daily with our Business development, Build, Planning and wider strategy teams.


Your main goal will be to align our Business Development and Build teams to ensure a high build completion of signed wayleaves


What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Develop Landlord rollout programmes fit for purpose and to be used by our build teams for execution. This will include aligning Landlord stock lists with Land registry data and our internal business units (Multi Dwelling /Mid-Market/Single Dwelling etc) .
  • Engage with internal and external project stakeholders for the duration of the project.
  • Manage the operational relationship with all stakeholders and have monitoring in place to ensure all KPI’s are visible across the business.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for all project deliverables, and respond / take action accordingly to mitigate the problems
  • Provide routine updates to project stakeholders by maintaining systems, applications, databases and leading delivery calls.
  • Support the build/delivery team ensuring they have clear roll out plans developed in line with the network roll out.

 

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

 

  • Understanding of FTTP network deployment
  • Highly numerate and analytical thinker, proficient in Excel
  • Comfortable and confident interacting at all levels in our organisation
  • Relevant experience within the Telecommunications arena, with proven track record of successful delivery of Telecom Projects
  • Some familiarity with or a desire to learn GIS would be beneficial
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
