We are not the new kid on the block, we were established in 2013 and have been disrupting the Broadband industry in London since then. Some recent key achievements include:


  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 500,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 200,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 1 million in 2023.

Job purpose:

Community Fibre is looking to identify and recruit new Indirect Partners to resell our Business Full Fibre Broadband services and to accelerate and grow the volume of opportunities fulfilled by our existing Partners. This role will fulfil a dual purpose of onboarding new partners and developing and supporting our existing Partners. This is an emerging area for Community Fibre and an exciting time to join and to take an active role in driving the growth and success of the channel.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Identification – Identifying and qualifying new partner prospects. Working with the marketing team to produce attractive material both to drive new Partner recruitment and attending networking events.
  • Recruit – Taking prospects on a sales journey through a commercial agreement and onboarding their first clients. Working with the commercial and finance teams to agree a deal and then working with the B2B Network Delivery team to onboard their clients.
  • Scale – Support resellers on their journey to get best value from our partnership with ongoing support, materials and events.


The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Previous experience in the IT and/or Telecommunications Reseller Channel
  • Ideally possess both business development and account management skills
  • Strong fit for our brand and organisational culture
  • Self-motivated

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Can-do attitude
