  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 500,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 200,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 1 million in 2023.

Job Purpose:


As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for measurement and insights in our growth strategy to make online our hero channel. You will analyse both our digital marketing as well as our on-site behavioural data to guide our growth strategy. You are someone with a high ability to communicate often complex data and insights in simple language to individuals and groups of people, and hone in on key findings, and clearly and succinctly answer the “so what?” question. You have at least 3 years experience using web analytics tools and data engineering (Big Query, SQL).

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Insights: Proactively produce customer level insight in order to identify sales opportunities and cost savings through continuous review of site developments, AB Testing campaigns, commercial performance and marketing campaigns.
  • Measurement methodologies: Determine solid measurement methodologies to be deployed in the different channels to measure incrementality of executed actions
  • Analytics requirements: Design analyses to be carried out by data availability team for marketing in order to support steering of the operational business
  • Conceptual design of our geographic steering: Develop and manage, together with Finance, our approach for geographic steering and insights
  • Marketing attribution model: Own our digital marketing attribution model and evolve it
  • Tagging & tracking: Define business requirements for tagging and tracking across all platforms
  • Reporting: Develop and evolve the reports that marketing uses to understand performance.
  • Drive change: Support team members to data-driven decision making

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Overall, we hire for strong intrinsic capabilities
  • >5y experience in marketing analytics: Has led a Marketing Analytics function before
  • Statistical skills – deep understanding of statistical techniques and how to design marketing measurement
  • Conceptual skills – can produce a vision of where marketing analytics should go to in the next 2 years
  • Quantitative – educated to a degree level preferably in Maths or Statistics or similar
  • Excel/PowerPoint – Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate and present data.
  • Doer – you get things done. Done is better than perfect.
