  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 500,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 300,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 1 million in 2023.

Job purpose:

The Delivery Governance Manager is responsible for ensuring Community Fibre’s Network Delivery workstreams  have weekly and monthly reporting suites for the build activity forecasted and completed. Identify process and system improvements that drive greater predictability in delivery, ensuring adherence to financial requirements for build approvals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Objective and unbiased reporting on the forecasting and actual delivery plans for MDU, Mid-Market, SDU, B2B, Core Distribution and New Build
  • Review each stage in the delivery process and identify any trends that are causing delay due to process or system in order to improve predictability
  • Report on the cycle time for end to end delivery across Network Delivery workstreams
  • Develop clear reporting methodologies for information relating to Network Delivery with analytical and operational insight
  • Establish and manage the governance for tracking delivery projects to gain financial approval
  • Engage with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Support the build/delivery team ensuring they have clear roll out plans developed in line with the network roll out.

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:


  • Significant experience within Project & Programme Management with qualifications in MSP, APM,  Prince or similar
  • Highly organised with ability to drive execution and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Effective communicator, able to gain support and buy in from colleagues and peers, able to challenge where required.
  • Proven track record of  delivering improvements to systems and process
  • Able to identify and work with key stakeholders inside and outside of the business.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Analytical thinker
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and being PC literate - MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
