The Senior People Partner is responsible for taking the ‘hands on’ lead in the People Team (HR), supporting in driving our People Operations agenda forward for the Company. This includes the continuous improvement of our strategies to onboard/induct, engage, motivate, address performance, retain and constantly look at ways we can improve and evolve the successful performance of our people at Community Fibre. Keeping our HR tools and support simple, effective and user friendly for all.
The Senior People Partner will help to lead and support the delivery of outstanding, efficient and proactive tools and support to all of our people; delivering a best in class onboarding/offboarding experience, HR mentoring and coaching our leaders to be their best; getting the best from their people, providing support to leadership on their department retention strategies, drive our employee satisfaction and succession planning, community engagement and support in ensuring we innovate the Company’s HR function; stay ahead of the game and support in keeping our teams motivated and our leaders leading at Community Fibre during our hyper growth.
This role reports into the People Director and will work closely with all members of the People Team across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Administration and Learning & Development. We are a cohesive HR team who are all happy to get stuck in and do what needs to be done. We work hard, thrive on the growth of the Company and love to have fun and a laugh. This role will suit someone who believes they are ready to take the next step in their career to becoming an Snr HR Business Partner or HR Manager level and are super passionate with lots of amazing idea’s on how to innovate great HR practices.
