We install it directly into our business customer’s premises and into our consumer’s homes. And as a result we are growing fast.

Community Fibre is growing quickly as we build towards our target of 1m homes passed by the end of 2023. This is a key role to help us achieve our growth plans.
The operational teams are the teams that plan, build and maintain our rapidly growing fibre network, and connect customers to it.
As we grow, we encounter new problems every day. This role is to help us by providing robust analysis of the problems and their causes, structured thinking and developing activities and projects to resolve them. You will also get involved in ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic decision making as we grow.
This is our first dedicated Graduate role. Our flat reporting structure will give exposure to senior management early. The role will work directly with our senior operational teams while also allowing ample time to learn the nuances of the telecoms industry – particularly fibre!
At Community Fibre we have no glass ceilings. There are many opportunities to grow as we do! While this isn’t a formal “Graduate Scheme”, you will be given the opportunity to grow into Operational Leadership, Project Management, NetOps or Data science roles.
