  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 650,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 500,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 2.2 million by the end of 2024.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated brand representative to contribute to generating sales, pre-sales and demand generation for our company. You will be responsible for creating key relationships within our serviceable footprint with estates agents, building managers and landlords, closing sales over the phone and face to face while maintaining great customer relationships. An effective brand ambassador must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services face to face as well as over the phone dealing with different people and personalities. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing new business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Contact and generate demand from customers to inform them about our product portfolio via indirect methods
  • Build key relationships with landlords, estates agents, building managers and estate managers to help create an indirect sales function
  • Create a network of operators that will help to promote our brand in their estates
  • Pre-sell to customers who are due to be released onto our network
  • Answer questions about products or the company and be the face of our brand
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Have the ability to present not only on a 121 scenario but also Infront of our audience
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Experience managing and building external indirect sales partners  
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota and relationship management
  • Understanding of key demographic characteristics in different London boroughs
  • Good knowledge of the industry and broadband in London
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints if required
