Job purpose:

Overall, you will be a core member of Community Fibre’s Digital Customer Acquisition Squad with the mission to make Community Fibre the fastest growing fibre network in London, bringing internet speeds of up to 3 Gbps to Londoners to get London ready to be a technology leader.

As an AB Test Developer Intern you will help the team coding and deploying a range of AB tests and experimentations in the website. Our objective is to provide the best customer experience and acquire customers with amazing content and features. You will collaborate with our Conversion Rate Optimisation team to deliver this mission.

 

Community Fibre is transforming into a digital leader to enable our fast growth to 1m households by 2023. We’re a team of doers and move at the highest possible pace.


What you’ll be doing:

  • you will help reviewing test plans and developing & deploying AB tests through VWO or other testing tools.
  • you will utilise your front-end development capabilities to build and implement AB tests using a range of technologies.
  • you will work alongside our CRO Developer in delivering JavaScript based development codebase in an Agile Delivery environment.


The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Recent graduate in Software Engineering or similar Bachelor’s degree.
  • Front end web development skills (HTML, JS, CSS etc).
  • Best practices for working within a development team.
  • Common coding patterns & concepts.
  • A passion for Experimentation, delivering a great online experience and an understanding of end-to-end user journeys.
  • Good Written/verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and familiarity with JIRA are a bonus.
