  • We have acquired over 500,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 300,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 1 million in 2023.

Job purpose:

Overall, you will be a core member of Community Fibre’s Digital Customer Acquisition Squad with the mission to make CFL the fastest growing fibre network in London, bringing internet speeds of up to 3 Gbps to Londoners to get London ready to be a technology leader.


As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the development of Community Fibre’s online marketing strategy to make online our hero channel. Our objective is to rapidly scale up our digital customer acquisition with a focus on paid channels as well as the development of our creative suite. You will analyse, report and optimise the performance of our biddable media channels (particularly paid search, paid social & programmatic) in conjunction with our media agency and collaborate with external designers to implement a creative testing roadmap.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Performance management of biddable media channels (paid search, paid social & programmatic) and hold agency partners accountable to achieve acquisition targets.
  • Conducting daily, weekly & monthly reporting for the respective channels. Ad hoc reporting where required.
  • Conducting granular analysis of vast data sets & identifying opportunities to scale performance (whilst maintaining efficiency).
  • Contribute to the biddable media roadmaps & own projects to drive growth for the respective channels
  • Overseeing creative development of promotional campaigns from briefing through to implementation and managing the stakeholder feedback process.
  • Owning the creative testing roadmap across the biddable media channels. Analyse creative performance and generate insights to drive the roadmap.

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • A minimum 2 year’s hands-on experience within biddable media channels, preferably paid search or paid social. Agency or client side.
  • Confidence in extracting large data sets from Google ads, Google analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and manipulate within excel. Building presentations in PowerPoint also.
  • Previous experience developing creative testing strategies to drive optimal performance, particularly on paid social platforms.
  • Strong relationship building skills. You will be required to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, experience writing creative briefs would be a bonus. Previous experience in affiliate marketing would also be a bonus.
