  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 650,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 400,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 2.2 million by the end of 2024.

Job purpose:


The Network Project Coordinator is to have end to end ownership for all requests received from our build partners. You will work closely with key stakeholders and provide route cause analysis within the role. The task objectives are to support the Network adjustment Manager driving Openreach Funding back into CFL.  Ensuring all Network adjustments are completed within SLA and to the standards and quality set by the business or our clients.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring that quality and technical standards are well understood by the Contractor teams.
  • Attend weekly / Monthly meetings to capture actions and support Network Adjustment manager and Desk Delivery Manager
  • Assist the Network Adjustment manager and Desk Delivery Manager in key tasks associated to our build partners. including; Key feedback, reporting and route cause analysis.
  • Single point of contact to ensure all Network adjustments are raised as per expectation. And to a high standard and aligned to agreed process for sign off.
  • Collate/distribute contractor communication & Feedback
  • Escalation point for internal/external
  • Collate monthly KPI’s, contractor reporting
  • Ensure that Community Fibre H&S requirements are being adhered to at all times
  • Proactively looking to improve process and driving customer experience


The experience we’re looking for you to bring:


  • Understand of FTTP, Openreach network and Civils delivery.
  • Thorough working knowledge of a fibre network build through significant job experience and training on site.
  • Experience of managing teams and effectively managing performance.
  • Experience and qualification within street works. Understanding of the New Roads & Street works Act. – desirable
  • Experience of Openreach Portal
  • Experience of working on the Openreach Network – desirable.
  • Demonstrate the ability to talk the ‘same language’ as civils and cabling contractors.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with/for telecommunications operators or service partners.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
