  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 650,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 500,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 2.2 million by the end of 2024.

Job purpose:

Community Fibre is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and meeting key contractual obligations as part of a wholesale agreement in place with a strategic wholesale partner who has been recently onboarded. The wholesale partnership will contribute significantly to the overall growth and future success of the wholesale division within Community Fibre and seeks an individual who can bring extensive knowledge and experience of the wholesale channel to this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing multiple relationships with key contacts and stakeholders across the wholesale organisation and within Community Fibre to deliver against all sales commitments and targets and contractual obligations
  • Manage a virtual team across Community Fibre who will play a strategic and active role in delivering against the wholesale agreement
  • Organise, lead and host all monthly and quarterly meetings, governance forums and committees required and obligated to do as part of the wholesale agreement

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Previous experience in the IT and/or Telecommunications sector
  • Ideally possess both business development and account management skills
  • Experienced at dealing with C-Level stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong fit for our brand and organisational culture
