We are not the new kid on the block, we were established in 2013 and have been disrupting the Broadband industry in London since then. Some recent key achievements include:

  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 650,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 500,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 2.2 million by the end of 2024.

Job purpose:

Overall, you will be a core member of Community Fibre’s Digital Customer Acquisition Squad with the mission to make CFL the fastest growing fibre network in London, bringing internet speeds of up to 3 Gbps to Londoners to get London ready to be a technology leader.

As the Affiliate & Partnerships manager, you will own the affiliate marketing strategy as well as relationships with strategic partners. You will strengthen our existing publisher portfolio and establish new partners to drive new customer acquisition. You will be a target driven individual that possesses excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities. Our objective is to rapidly scale up our digital customer acquisition with a particular focus on affiliate marketing as well as paid media channels (social, programmatic, search).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full ownership of the affiliate marketing roadmap and prioritising projects based on commercial targets
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance of the affiliate programme on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of publishers and ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the value of each partner
  • Identifying opportunities with new partners and nurturing the relationship to maximise the value with each new relationship
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all new partners
  • Responsible for monitoring and analysing the market across price comparison partners as well as voucher/cashback partners
  • Testing unique pricing strategies in line with market developments
  • Proposing A/B test for user journeys to improve conversion rate across affiliate landing pages
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
  • Proactively managing your marketing budget and
  • Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a first-class service
  • Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spread sheets

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs
  • In-depth knowledge of different affiliate marketing platforms, in particular, AWIN
  • Experience in working across the UK market, in particular London
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking and reporting
  • A data-driven mindset
  • Experience in telco or a related industry
  • Basic knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines
