Job purpose:
The Technical Delivery Manager leads our team of Delivery Managers implementing our full fibre network to both business and residential premises across London. In partnership with the Project Managers, you will be chiefly responsible for timely, cost effective and quality project completions to meet our monthly targets whilst developing the capability and scale of your team to support our growth. Community Fibre uses a supply chain of Build Partners to implement its network, and the Technical Delivery Manager will take a lead role in the management of these Partner relationships, as well as engaging with local authorities, residents and business owners as required.
The Technical Delivery Manager reports to the Head of B2B, MM and NB. It will support the B2B & MM Programme Managers, ensuring installations adhere to strict quality standards. This role will work closely with the H&S Team to ensure H&S and quality audit volumes are at the right level and outcomes are being communicated and acted upon in a timely manner.
